Service & Linen Policy

Service Overview

West Coast Linen provides hospitality linen supply, collection, laundering, and delivery services to cafés, restaurants, bars, and hospitality venues across Perth.

Linen Supply

All tea towels, glass polishing cloths, aprons, and other supplied linen remain the property of West Coast Linen unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Collection & Delivery

Clean linen will be delivered at each scheduled service while used linen is collected at the same time. Clients are responsible for ensuring used linen is ready for collection at the agreed pickup time.

Service Frequency

Service frequency will be agreed upon prior to commencement and may include weekly or fortnightly service schedules depending on venue requirements.

Lost or Damaged Items

Normal wear and tear is included as part of the service. Replacement charges may apply for:

  • missing items
  • excessive stains
  • bleach damage
  • burn marks
  • cuts or tears
  • or misuse resulting in linen becoming unusable

Hygiene Standards

All linen is professionally cleaned and processed according to commercial hospitality hygiene standards.

Billing & Payments

Invoices are issued on a weekly or monthly basis unless otherwise agreed. Payment terms are strictly according to the agreed invoice terms.

Service Changes or Cancellation

Any service changes, pauses, or cancellations should be communicated with reasonable notice to ensure smooth service continuity.

Customer Responsibility

Clients are responsible for using supplied linen appropriately within normal hospitality operations and returning all linen provided during each service cycle.

West Coast Linen reserves the right to update service terms and pricing where required.
